We are also in process of implementing a unique computerized barcode system that ensures quality on every operation of garment production. Each garment  carrys a bar-coded  sticker  that have  the details and history of the all operations done on a garment.  Hence, if  any problem is reported, one can trace back the root of the problem to avoid  re-occurrence in future.
Currently we are using Computerized Human Resources Management System based on employee’s in/out through  card swiping for wages and compensation/benefits calculation which is part of this computerized barcode system.
